Dave & Kim wanted to convert half of their existing patio to lawn as well as make the raised deck area safe for the children. After a little investigating it emerged that the patio had been laid on a foot of concrete. It was time to call in the digger. Once the concrete had been cleared, topsoil was added to the area and the turf laid. A timber balustrade was constructed along the edge of the deck. Now Dave & Kim’s children have a safe place to play.
